Vitale, an independent financial advisory company, announced the acquisition of a majority interest in Vva Debt&Grant, an advisory company specialising in identifying and raising subsidised financing forms (grants).

Upon execution of the transaction, Vva Debt & Grant shall become Vitale Debt & Grant, and Claudio Calvani shall remain shareholder and CEO of the company.
