Human Company, a leading Florentine group in Italy in open-air tourism, has entered into an agreement with Hines, a global investment, development and real estate management company, and Clessidra, a leading player in the Italian private equity sector, that provides for the entry of investors in Human Company Group for the open air area only.

The entry in the share capital shall take place through an investment transaction of approx. 120 EUR million, with the subscription of a minority interest by the investors.
