Doc Generici, an Italian pharmaceutical company operating in the branded and generic products market, has entered into an agreement to acquire Muscoril, a muscle relaxant medicine currently marketed by Sanofi in Italy, Portugal, and the Czech Republic. This strategic decision will further strengthen Doc Generici’s position in the market.
