PedersoliGattai with Eni and Plenitude in the closing of EIP investment in Eni Plenitude
EIP, leading energy transition investor based in Switzerland, enters the share capital of Plenitude by means of a capital increase of approximately EUR 0.58 billion equal to approximately 7.6% of the company’s share capital.
The transaction shall result in a post money equity value of Plenitude equal to approximately EUR 8 billion and an enterprise value exceeding EUR 10 billion.
