GV3-Venpa, Italian group headed by Venpa SpA, leader in construction equipment rental participated by QCapital, a private equity firm focused on club deal investments, acquired Loca Top Srl, company active in the rental and sale of lifting equipment such as platforms, hoists and cranes.

The investment falls within the strategic growth of GV3 group. In particular, Loca Top will strengthen the group’s geographic presence in Central Italy thanks to its regional capillarity.
