Ibla Capital, an investment company focused on private equity investments in Italian SMEs, executed, through Ibla Industries II fund, the acquisition of 100% share capital of SolarEdge Automation Machines SpA.

SolarEdge Automation Machines, previously held by SolarEdge e-Mobility Srl (a member of SolarEdge Group), is a company specialising in the production of advanced automation solutions for the manufacturing industry.
