PedersoliGattai advised Juventus Football Club S.p.A. in the share capital increase under option for a total countervalue of approximately EUR 200 million. The offer will start on Monday, 11 March 2024.

The new shares resulting from the share capital increase will be offered and admitted to trading on Euronext Milan (EXM) of the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana); for this purpose, a prospectus for the offer and listing of the shares to be issued has been prepared. This is the first prospectus prepared in English language and approved by the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) for a corporate capital increase transaction.
