Maticmind, a leading system integrator in the Italian ICT sector, assisted by PedersoliGattai, has acquired 100% of the share capital of GDMS-Italy, a globally renowned engineering, integration, and installation company providing fully integrated, comprehensive, and complex solutions.

This acquisition will allow Maticmind to enhance its presence in foreign markets and integrate its expertise with that of GDMS-Italy, which has a strong focus on the telco sector (fixed and mobile telecommunications), security systems (access control, video surveillance, etc.), command and control solutions, and extensive experience in implementing projects for the defense, energy, and protection of critical infrastructures sectors.

Upon completion of the transaction, GDMS-Italy will change its name to PAGE EUROPA.
