Mikron Holding AG, a leading Swiss company in the production of automation solutions, processing systems, and high-precision cutting tools, productivity, and adaptability, has announced the acquisition of DM2, an Italian manufacturer of CNC rotary transfer machines.

Mikron was assisted in the transaction by PedersoliGattai with a team composed of Barbara Bellini, Gregorio Lamberti, and Alessia Danioni for contractual profiles and by Alessandro Bardanzellu and Martina Oricco for golden power profiles.
