On 22 April 2024, Mutares completed the entry in Sofinter share capital. Accordingly, Mutares has become the majority shareholder, while Gammon Group is one of the minority shareholders.

The transaction involved a capital increase subscribed by a company of Mutares groups, as well as a restructuring agreement in execution of a debt restructuring plan pursuant to Article 56 of the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code.
