TeamSystem – Italian tech company leader in the market for digital business management solutions for companies and professionals – acquires 61% of the share capital of Change Capital, a fintech company which targets SMEs to simplify access to credit and subsidised finance through an innovative proprietary platform offering credit mediation services, supported by innovative artificial intelligence-based tools.

By this transaction, TeamSystem enters the credit mediation business, adding over 200 innovative financial solutions to its portfolio.
