Advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers in relation to domestic and international leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring transactions.

Consuelo received her Law Degree (J.D.), with highest honours, from Università degli Studi di Milano in 1999 and was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2005. In 2004 she worked in the London office of Ashurst LLP.
