She advises Italian and international clients mainly in M&A transactions with a focus on real estate and private equity transactions, as well as in the field of corporate law and commercial contracts. Federica is usually involved in drafting and negotiating agreements concerning the acquisition and disposal of single assets, real estate portfolios or real estate investment funds units, corporate participations, as well as in the set-up of investment vehicles, including Sicafs.

Federica is ranked as Rising star in Real estate and construction by The Legal500 EMEA 2024 and, in the same year, has been appointed as component of the committee on logistics at Assoimmobiliare, a sector where she has built a strong reputation assisting clients such as global players Blackstone and GLP.

She graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Pisa in 2012 and was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2015.
