Federico is a Counsel in the Banking & Finance department.

Federico covers a broad spectrum of Banking & Finance transactions and regularly advises Italian and international clients on high-profile domestic and cross-border financing matters, with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate finance, high yield and private placement.

Federico graduated in Law from the University of “Roma Tre” in 2013 and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2017.
