He has been mainly involved in project finance transactions and has assisted both financing banks and Italian and international sponsors in major deals in the sector of renewable energy and infrastructures. Nicola also gained great expertise real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance and in M&A transactions in the field of renewable energy and infrastructure.

He graduated in Law from the University of Naples and has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2006.
