PedersoliGattai took part in the meeting “Protection and Enhancement of the Design and Work of Architecture” held on Friday, May 16 as part of the Intensive Training offered by the Order and Foundation of the Order of Architects of Milan.

As speakers, our professionals Sara Maria Guglielmo and Chiara Manfrin delved into issues related to the protection and valorization of the architectural project, with a specific focus on the relevance of intellectual and industrial property rights in the different stages of design, as well as the contractual aspects that affect the activity of professionals in the field.

The objective was to offer concrete and operational tools to help architects deal with the regulatory and contractual complexities associated with design activity with greater awareness.
