On Tuesday 31 March, at our offices, we hosted the event “Special Indemnity: insurance policies for specific risks in M&A transactions”, in collaboration with AIFI Young.

During the meeting, we analysed the evolution of the M&A market, particularly in the private equity sector, where a clean exit for the seller is increasingly a key objective in transactions.

The following topics were discussed during the meeting:
–  The share purchase agreement (SPA) and special indemnity clauses with Carolina Gattai
–  Insurance policies covering specific risks with Francesco Junior Nobili Experiences and practical cases in private equity transactions with Alban Zaimaj
