On 3 March, Alberto Prade, from the Financial Regulation Department, spoke as a panellist at the conference “The new consumer credit regulations”, organised by Paradigma.

In his presentation, Alberto examined the rules designed to prevent predatory practices against consumers and the measures to combat over-indebtedness, in light of the changes introduced by CCD2 and the relevant implementing decree.

The reform represents a significant step in the evolution of the regulatory framework for consumer credit, with an increasing focus on debt sustainability and the practical protection of consumers.
