On Friday, September 19, at Borsa Italiana, Young Platform organized the event “The Next Layer of Finance: Young Group,” dedicated to the future of digital finance and the opening of the group’s new round of fundraising.

The initiative brought together operators, investors, and professionals to discuss key issues such as tokenization, the European regulatory framework related to MiCAR, and AML compliance aspects.

Alberto Prade participated in the round table discussion “Legal and Regulatory (MiCAR, AML, and deal structure),” contributing his insights on the role of regulation and the legal implications of the regulatory evolution affecting the crypto-asset and tokenized instruments sector.
