Caseificio Palazzo SpA, known under Murgella brand, a leading Italian manufacturer of pasta filata cheeses, has changed its corporate structure.

Claudia Palazzo, already CEO and minority shareholder of Caseificio Palazzo, executed with the other shareholders the acquisition of their interests in the corporate capital. The shareholdings were acquired by a company controlled by Claudia Palazzo.

The selling shareholders were advised by PedersoliGattai, in the person of Stefano Catenacci (partner).
