Maticmind, system integrator leader in the ICT sector in Italy, acquired the majority of Recrytera, a company that designs solutions for the digitisation of public exams processes, with specific reference to those related to recruitment in the Public Administration.

Recrytera also operates video-conferencing systems, video surveillance and ledwall displays.

As a result of this acquisition Maticmind will be able to increase its focus on the Public Administration: in fact, currently, 50% customers, among more than 1,000, are public entities, the majority of which are in the Public Administration. Maticmind may also pave the way for new future scenarios in the development of technological solutions that can also be exported abroad, in line with the internationalisation process that is taking place.
