The acquisition by In Group SpA (controlled by Bravo Capital Partners II) of 100% of the following companies has been completed:

• AZ Srl, based in Ferrara, active in the supply of engineering services for the construction, renovation and restoration of civil and industrial structures;
• Itaca Iot Srl, specialising in the design, engineering and installation of monitoring systems;
• Omega Srl, based in Savona, specializing in structural and materials diagnostics.

In Group, after completing the acquisition of In Situ Srl in December 2023 and Tecno In SpA in March 2024, continues its buy-and-build strategy with a view to becoming the national reference centre in the field of “testing & inspection”.
