PedersoliGattai advised, as drafting counsel, Hera Partecipazioni One S.p.A., a company active in the management and exploitation of real estate assets underlying NPE credits, in the issuance of a second bond for the implementation of a residential real estate project in Parma.

Bond proceeds were used, on one hand, to fund direct investments connected to the real estate project and, on the other hand, to underwrite asset-backed securities issued by a securitisation company incorporated under the Law no. 130/1999 for the purchase of receivables arising from real estate loans granted by a leading bank in favour of the real estate company involved in the construction of the real estate complex.

The bond is listed on MTF Vienna and was fully subscribed by a qualified investor.

Loan Agency Services acted as Issuing Agent, Calculation Agent and Paying Agent in partnership with BFF Bank S.p.A.
