In&Out Group, Italian leading manufacturer of mosquito nets, roller shutters and window accessories and part of the portfolio of 21 Invest since November 2021, through its subsidiary Zanzar SpA, executed an agreement for the acquisition of Pinto Group, operating in the aluminium and PVC roller shutter sector.

PedersoliGattai advised Zanzar SpA with a team led by Stefano Catenacci (partner) and composed of Michele Ventura (senior counsel), Tomaso Morino and Angelo Nasuti (associates), who acted in relation to M&A aspects of the transaction.
