On 30 September 2024 the transaction resulting in the entry of Banco BPM into the share capital of the Numia Group SpA. and indirectly, Numia SpA, was executed.

The transaction was funded through the granting of financing made available by a syndicate of banks. In the context of the transaction, Fsih issued a bond loan, subscribed by funds managed or controlled by Tikehau Investment Management, which acted as calculation agent and joint representative of bondholders.

Tikehau was advised by PedersoliGattai with a cross practice team led by Lorenzo Vernetti (partner) and composed of Marcello Legrottaglie (senior counsel) and Matteo Zoccolan (associate) in relation to finance aspects of the transaction, as well as Alban Zaimaj (senior counsel) and Valentina Buzzi (counsel) for tax aspects, while Alessandro Bardanzellu (salary partner) provided assistance in relation to golden power aspects.
