PedersoliGattai with GETEC in the acquisition of 70% share capital of C.E.I. Calore Energia Impianti
GETEC, Europe’s leading provider of smart and green energy and infrastructure solutions as well as design, construction and management of energy assets with long-term contracts, executed – through its subsidiary Getec Italia SpA – the acquisition from founding shareholders Franco Carlo and Laura Ferrari Aggradi, Michele Ferraris SpA and Del Bo Srl of 70% share capital of C.E.I. Calore Energia Impianti SpA, an energy service company operating in the energy efficiency sector.
The transaction falls within the growth and expansion plan of GETEC in the Italian market, with a specific focus on the metropolitan area of Milano, consolidating the key role of GETEC in the energy efficiency sector a domestic level.
