PedersoliGattai provided legal assistance in relation to the issue of a variable-rate high-yield bond by Fiber Bidco S.p.A., holding company of Fedrigoni group, owned by private equity funds Bain Capital Private Equity and BC Partners.

The new bond is aimed at refinancing the indebtedness arising from variable-rate bonds previously issued by Fiber Bidco S.p.A..
