NAMIRA Sgr, on behalf of Kalon fund, acquired from Colony Capital, on behalf of Armonia fund, the residential, commercial and office building complex named “Complesso Bufalini”.

The real estate complex, located in the historic centre of Florence, formerly the headquarters of Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, has an area of approximately 18,000 square metres and is subject to a major urban regeneration project currently underway.
