PedersoliGattai implements the process of internal growth with the appointment of four new partners (Francesco Buoso, Andrea Faoro, Edoardo Pedersoli e Giulio Sandrelli), eighteen counsels and five counsels.
PedersoliGattai launched the 2024 plan for the internal growth, by new appointments to define the organisational structure of the new firm, which officially started on 1 January 2024.
Firstly, the partnership was extended to four professionals: Francesco Buoso (Corporate, M&A), Andrea Faoro (Corporate, M&A), Edoardo Pedersoli (Corporate, M&A; Real Estate) and Giulio Sandrelli (Corporate, M&A; Regulatory).
By these new appointments, partnership of PedersoliGattai rises to 64 partners, in a team of more than 350 professionals based in Milan, Rome and Turin offices.
Seventeen new senior counsels were also appointed in the junior partner/senior counsel category. In particular:
- Federica Baccigalupi, Giuseppe De Cola, Giulia Etzi Alcayde, Nicola Ferrini, Nicola Martegani, Marco Molineris, Valeria Salamina and Michele Ventura for Corporate, M&A practice;
- Andrea Allegri, Matteo Mengoni and Matteo Pandimiglio for Litigation, Arbitration and ADR practice;
- Marcello Legrottaglie, Silvia Pasqualini and Riccardo Sgrò for Banking & Finance practice;
- Fabiana Campopiano for Competition and Consumer Protection practice;
- Paolo Viganò and Alban Zaimaj for Tax practice;
- Micaela Tinti for Administrative and Public Law practice.
Finally, five new counsels were appointed: Enrico Candotti and Jacopo Ceccherini, for Corporate, M&A practice, Federico Tropeano, for Banking & Finance practice, Valentina Buzzi, for Tax practice and Francesco D’Avanzo for Employment practice.
