This morning, at Le Village by CA Milano, the official presentation of the standard ESOP settlement model, promoted by Italian Tech Alliance in collaboration with Growth Capital, was held as part of the dedicated working table.

It was an important opportunity to learn more about a practical and operational tool designed to facilitate the adoption of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) by startups and innovative SMEs.

Speakers at the initiative included our Senior Associate, Gregorio Lamberti, who coordinated the Italian Tech Alliance internal working table and actively participated in the drafting of the model.
