Marco Ventoruzzo, a partner of the Firm, participated last week in the annual conference of the ECFR – European Company and Financial Law Review, of which he is editor along with colleagues from other European countries.
The meeting, held in Frankfurt, Germany, saw the participation of scholars, practitioners, experts, and representatives of institutions, and was dedicated to the competition between legal systems in Europe and the prospects for harmonization, also in light of the project on the so-called ’28th legal system’.
