Bonfiglioli S.p.A., a global leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of power transmission and control products and systems, has reached an agreement for the acquisition of Selcom Group S.p.A., a company specialising in the design, manufacture and sale of electronic boards, electronic products, as well as software and solutions for customers in the industrial, biomedical, automotive, intralogistics and home-appliance sectors, from funds controlled by Avenue Capital Group and Europa Investimenti S.p.A..

The consummation of the transaction is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
