On 21 October, Manuela Grassi, Luca Szegö e Luca Traficante, from our banking and financial litigation team, spoke as panellists at a webinar organised by AMF Italia – the Association of Financial Market Intermediaries – on the legal and operational implications of the recent Court of Justice ruling.

The webinar, attended by a large number of banks and financial intermediaries, examined in depth the scope of the judgment and litigation defence strategies, as well as contract remediation strategies and compliance measures, offering an overview of the main practical challenges facing operators in the financial sector.

Dr Marco Capra also gave a presentation on the economic impact of the judgment on existing contracts.
