The team dedicated to Structured Finance has gained significant experience in the securitizations transactions (including synthetic forms) involving various asset classes, covered bonds, non performing loan (NPLs) disposal transactions, and factoring transactions, both domestically and across Europe.
We have an excellent track record in assisting issuers, sponsors, and banks, particularly in complex restructuring plans, acquisitions, and divestitures of management and receivables recovery platforms.
Our team is also considered a market leader in financing operations related to the disposal of warehouse stocks of semi-finished products with a deconsolidation effect.
We are recognized for our expertise in the sale and removal of tax credits, assisting medium and large corporations, multi-utilities, and/or leading credit institutions in the sale and/or purchase of such credits.
The Structured Finance team works closely and collaboratively with other departments in the Firm, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and multidisciplinary assistance.
