Our team assists sports companies and clubs, federations, institutions, investment funds, agents, athletes, coaches, and, more broadly,
stakeholders in the sports industry with multidisciplinary expertise. We also have a dedicated focus on the specific needs of operators in the world of E-Sports.
We offer ongoing legal assistance on corporate, administrative/regulatory, intellectual property, employment, tax, and compliance matters. We cooperate with our clients in drafting and negotiating sports employment contracts, buying and selling rights to athletes’ performances, commercial agreements (e.g., sponsorship and advertising), as well as agreements for the management of the exploitation of audiovisual rights or image rights of professionals operating in the sports industry. Additionally, we handle project financing operations related to the construction or redevelopment of sports facilities.
We also assist in managing relationships between companies and clubs with sports federations within CONI and CIO (e.g., FIGC and specialized bodies like CO.VI.SOC.) and national leagues. This includes handling pre-contentious and contentious matters before national and international sports justice bodies.
