A syndicate of banks led by Goldman Sachs e BNP Paribas in the issuance of a bond loan for a total amount of EUR 690 million in favour of Italmatch Chemicals S.p.A., portfolio company of Bain Capital and leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals and extension of working capital lines.
