Robinson Worldwide, Inc., a leading global provider of logistics solutions with a freight volume of USD 22 billion. An international team in 12 jurisdictions led by Hamburg-based M&A expert Dr Jens Wolf provided legal advice to sennder on the transaction.
In a traditional industry, sennder focuses on the digitization and automation of all road logistics processes. With the integration of the acquired business, sennder will become one of the largest providers of full truck loads in Europe with a combined turnover of EUR 1.4 billion and an expanded team of 1,700 people at over 20 locations.
C.H. Robinson is a publicly traded global logistics company headquartered in Minnesota, USA. With over 90,000 customers and 450,000 contract carriers in its network, C.H. Robinson manages USD 22 billion worth of freight annually.
The closing of the transaction remains subject to the completion of the corporate structuring of the EST business unit to be acquired, as well as mandatory employee consultations and applicable merger control proceedings and is expected to close in Q4 2024.
