The firm is assisting an Italian company in a complex dispute relating to the acquisition of several subsidiaries operating in the chemicals sector. The dispute concerns a claim for the annulment or, alternatively, the termination of a Share Purchase Agreement brought by the purchaser during the period between the signing and the closing of the transaction, as well as a claim for damages.
