Finint Investments’ fund Finint Equity for Growth has finalised its third investment with the purchase of 60% of the capital of Proteko, a company specialising in services for security management in companies, with offices in Torri di Quartesolo (VI), San Pietro di Legnago (VR) and Presezzo (BG).

The deal represents a significant reinvestment by the current founding partners, Francesco Scelsi and Antonio Mendo, who will retain the role of managing directors, as well as the entry of some of the company’s managers into the company’s capital.

The sellers were assisted for the legal profiles by PedersoliGattai with a team formed by partner Stefano Catenacci (partner) and  Michele Ventura (senior counsel).
