Arturo Salice SpA has acquired 100% corporate capital of Nuova Atim S.r.l., in which Atim SpA has contributed its company for the production of aluminium components for the furniture industry.

The acquisition and integration of Atim in Salice group will expand the portfolio of Salice with new cutting-edge products, adding solutions for extendable tables and transformable systems. This acquisition will enable Salice to exploit its international network, composed of 9 ales subsidiaries and several distributors, to bring Atim’s innovative solutions to a global audience.
