H14, through the investment vehicle named Ruck 2, increased its shareholding by purchasing an additional 12% of E80 Group from Eagle S.p.A., a vehicle controlled by Enrico Grassi, founder and CEO of the company.

E80 Group is a leading manufacturer of automated integrated logistics solutions for consumer goods companies, mainly in the food, beverage and tissue sectors, and counts international customers such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Niagara Bottling and many others.
