Durante family, advised by PedersoliGattai, entered into an agreement with the Belgian group Soudal for the sale of a majority interest in Durante Adesivi, an Italian company that is leader in the production of hot melt adhesives for the wood, assembly, textile and paper industries.

Purpose of the transaction is to make Durante Adesivi the European centre of excellence for industrial adhesives, accelerating its global expansion.

The integration of Durante Adesivi, with 144 employees and approximately 100 million EUR revenue, shall result in a turnover of 1,5 billion EUR for Soudal group.

PedersoliGattai advised Durante family in relation to all corporate aspects of the transaction with a team coordinated by Alessandro Marena (partner) and composed of Massimo Trimboli Raguseo (counsel) and Amedeo Volpi (associate).
