21 Invest, an investment group founded and led by Alessandro Benetton, has successfully completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Omega Pharma, an Italian player in the field of dietary supplements, medical and cosmetic devices.

The financing for the acquisition was arranged by a syndicate of banks comprising Crédit Agricole Italia, which also acted as agent bank, along with Banco Bpm and Banca Sella.
