Canalplast SpA, leading manufacturer of plastic conduit systems for containing electrical cables, announced the acquisition of V. Antonioli Srl – EURONORM, a company active in the production of rigid pipes, corrugated pipes and spiral conduits.

Canalplast SpA was advised by PedersoliGattai with a team composed of Luca Saraceni, Gregorio Lamberti and Alessandra Mioni in relation to contractual aspects, as well as by Francesco Simoneschi and Carlo Antonio Talarico in relation to labour law matters.
