Mondadori Group announced that Mondadori Libri SpA has entered into with Josephine Calasso – holding an overall shareholding of 23.88% – mutual put and call options on 10% of the share capital of Adelphi Edizioni. The transaction reflects the intention of Josephine Calasso to ensure a solid future for Adelphi, also with a view to rebalancing the corporate structure, led by the heirs of Roberto Calasso and confirms, also, the commitment of Mondadori Group in consolidating its presence in the publishing sector and strengthening its strategic partnerships.
