The Firm advised Alice Pizza, company established in 1990 and Italy’s leading pizza parlour chain with 215 outlets, in the debt refinancing transaction of Alice Pizza and its subsidiary Alice Pizza Negozi successfully executed through the granting of a new financing made available by a syndicate of banks.

Alice Pizza has IDeA Taste of Italy as its majority shareholder, Italian fund specialising in the agri-food sector managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR.
