Banca di Asti, Fondazione CR Asti and Fondazione CRT announced the execution of an agreement between Banca di Asti and Fondazione CRT aimed at the entry of Fondazione CRT in the share capital of the Bank with an interest equal to 6%, as well as a five-year-term shareholders’ agreement between Fondazione CRT and Fondazione CR Asti.

In the context of the transaction, Banca di Asti assigned to Fondazione CRT a first tranche of treasury shares representing approximately 1.77% of the share capital and undertook to sell, in different tranches, further treasury shares representing approximately 4.23% of the share capital expected to be purchased by the Bank on the market in the context of an extraordinary liquidity support operation for the stock.
