Accenture and Gyrus Capital Private Equity, along with other minority shareholders, have executed an agreement for the sale of Intellera Consulting to Accenture.

Established in 2021 through a management buyout supported by the Gyrus Capital fund, Intellera Consulting represents one of the key players in the domestic consultancy market dedicated to innovation in Public Administration. The company supports vertical competences in Data and AI, digital transformation, strategic and organizational processes, and facilitates the utilization of EU funds, such as the National Recovery and Resilience Plan

The team at PedersoliGattai, representing Gyrus Capital and Intellera Consulting, consists of Marida Zaffaroni, Diego Riva, and Alessandro Nanni for M&A and corporate aspects. Andrea Scarpellini, Carlo Talarico, and Dario Vitucci provided legal assistance regarding labor law matters. Davide Cacchioli and Alessandro Bardanzellu handled golden powers and antitrust aspects, while Consuelo Citterio and Enrico Morolli advised on banking and finance matter.
