QCapital, a company specialising in the arrangement of private equity club deals on Italian SMEs, exits the shareholding structure of GV3-Venpa, leading Italian group in the rental of aerial platforms and construction equipment.

QCapital, with its entry in Venpa, occurred in 2021, guided the group towards significant growth that strengthened its leadership position in the Italian market.
