Metrika Tech Fund has invested in Consys.it, a leading company in the cybersecurity sector. Main purpose of the transaction is to support founders Alberto Fenini and Marco Coppolino, who will remain in the shareholding structure with a minority interest and will continue to hold the offices as CEO and CTO respectively, in the company’s future development phase.

Metrika Tech and ABC Capital Partners, the advisory company that supported the fund in the transaction, were advised by PedersoliGattai with a team led by Fabrizio Grasso (junior partner), with support from Lorenzo Bologna (associate).
